I start this short story with a secret: had I been born male my first name would have been Anton. I was born female and my dad wanted my name to be Yugoslavia. Thank God my sister insisted on the name Anita. Anita Petricevic is originally from Bosnia-Herzegovina and I have been living in the Netherlands since I was seven years old. I have a university Masters degree in Political Sciences and I am now studying International Law. Moreover, Anita is very grateful for having spent 6 magnificent months at a University in England being an ESN student. Furthermore, if you want to make music, work out, meditate, go shopping or cook? Call Anita if you want company! I intensely enjoy those activities. I´m grateful for being in the PR Committee, thanks for the love! I am looking forward to having the best 2nd semester ever and promoting ESN VUniverse grandly! P.s. If you know people who want to learn Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian: let me know!
Hey everyone, my name is Ronnie. I'm 21 years old and I come from Ottawa, Canada. I'm finishing up my bachelor degree in Health Sciences here in Amsterdam and so far I've loved every minute of it. I'm pretty outgoing and I'm always up to try something new. Long walks on the beach are overrated - I prefer the short ones. My job here on the PR committee is arrange the ESN card deals so hopefully I'll be able to dig into my Arabic bargaining skills and get you guys the best deals possible!
Having completed my International Business bachelor degree with Spanish in London, I chose to study an MBA in Amsterdam due to the high quality of education, value for money and quality of life. I participated on the Erasmus study exchange program for a year in Alicante, Spain where I also combined my studies with an internship in an international Spanish firm and studied Chinese, Italian, French and German. My passions are to discover the world, learn new languages and constantly challenge myself. In my spare time, I enjoy playing beach volleyball and badminton, practicing martial arts and water sports from surfing to rowing.
Hi everyone! My name is Lottie and I am a 21 year-old Communication Science student. I am currently finishing off my bachelor degree and trying to figure out what to do next. My parents are both English, and I was born and raised in The Netherlands speaking English as well as Dutch. Last semester I went on an exchange to Brisbane, Australia. After coming back home a few months ago I began to miss the international atmosphere and spending time with other exchange students, which is why I decided to join ESN!
I’m studying physics and trying to realize answers to my questions. However, every time I find an answer, I face more questions. Designing websites, server administration and IT stuff in total, are my personal favorites. I used to have a website for my favorite soccer team.
